Verbalplanet Reviews

These instructors are really top-notch. They’re professional and super efficient. Plus, the lessons are affordable and easy to schedule.

I’m really pleased I stumbled upon VerbalPlanet. It’s super user-friendly and helped me locate the ideal Japanese instructor.

I've been taking Arabic lessons with Somaia, and let me tell ya, she's an awesome teacher. Plus, the online format lets you learn from anywhere you might be. The quality of the lessons and the price are both pretty solid too.

Leslie really knows how to help me figure out what I require. She's an incredible professor and gets where I struggle the most.

This website is super easy to navigate, and the instructor is really flexible and quite helpful, covering everything from grammar to conversation.

I’m super satisfied with Verbalplanet. Reliable and quick. For a few months now, I’ve been learning French with a fantastic tutor. Not a single complaint from me.

I've had a pretty good time shopping here. Honestly, there weren't any surprises or negative moments. Everything's been going well so far.

Jean Pierre is an awesome teacher...strict but approachable. I'm honing my skills in my favorite language.

- keep in touch regularly
- user-friendly interface
- there's a highly skilled team of instructors available in various languages
- I discovered it through Google and did a comparison with Italki

I'm really not satisfied with Verbalplanet. I attempted to become a tutor and followed their advice to fill out my profile, but it keeps showing 'unapproved' and I didn't receive any help. Wouldn't recommend it!

James really knows his stuff! He quickly identified the issues I had with not passing the IELTS twice. Now, I'm excited to finally pass at the start of October.

I've done about 4 or 5 sessions in Dutch. I’ve been scheduling every Thursday at 11 am. My instructor is fantastic, and I really wanted to keep working with her. Unfortunately, I discovered that there were no more sessions available at the times I could make it. It bums me out to lose my teacher. I've now enrolled with a different instructor. Consistency matters a lot to me, so I plan to ask for a way to book multiple sessions to stick with the same teacher. Otherwise, folks, make sure you sign up ahead of time or have a chat with your instructor about wanting to schedule regular lessons.

Milagros is a talented and patient language teacher. She takes her time with us as we focus on getting our pronunciation right. Plus, she's super skilled when it comes to helping us form sentences with the right conjugations. The colorful handouts she provides are a big help in grasping emotions and sentence structure. My wife and I are taking these lessons together, and we’ve had a blast practicing vocabulary and doing some writing in between classes. Just today, I met a contractor who was chatting in Spanish with his crew, and I was able to catch a lot more of what he was saying. We’re really having a great time learning with Milagros!

My favorite instructor is Alice Belin. I genuinely enjoy our conversations. They're entertaining and interactive, and the time flies by—way too quickly!

I've been taking one-on-one Spanish classes on Skype, and it's been a great addition to my regular local lessons. Plus, my private sessions are a blast! The profiles of the teachers are detailed and super useful. Maybe it's crucial for the student to have a native speaker, or perhaps it's all about the time zone and when they're free. The site is user-friendly, and you can easily adjust your lesson schedules.
